September 16, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 22 ORAL ORDER Setting Hearing on Motion: The Court, having spoken with the parties during a September 15, 2021 teleconference, hereby ORDERS as follows regarding the pending motions: (1) In order to promote judicial efficiency and to balance the competing concerns of both parties, the Court determines that it should hold one joint hearing on Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order ("Plaintiff's TRO Motion"), (D.I. #10 ), and Defendant's motion for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction ("Defendant's Motion"), (D.I. #16 ); that hearing will be held on 10/6/2021 at 01:00 PM via videoconference using the Microsoft Teams platform. Each side will be allocated one and a half hours to make their presentations (including questioning of witnesses and argument) at the hearing.
