Filing 12 ORAL ORDER: The Court has reviewed the pending Applications for an Order of Judicial Assistance Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1782 filed in these related cases (Misc. No. 21-218-RGA, D.I. 1; Misc. No. 21-219-RGA, D.I. 1) as well as the letters filed by counsel for applicants and respondents (see 21-219-RGA, D.I. 6, 7, 8, 10, 11). It is apparent from those letters that respondents intend to oppose the application in Misc. No. 21-219 and that they also intend to file a motion to vacate the Court's order granting the application in Misc. No. 21-218 (D.I. 6). The Court believes that combined briefing on the pending application and proposed motion to vacate would conserve the resources of the parties and the Court. It is therefore HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall meet and confer and submit a proposed combined briefing schedule, including proposed page limits, on or before July 16, 2021.
