ORDER: Having heard and considered further the parties' arguments, the Court has determined that exceptional circumstances exist to transfer under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45(f) Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel (D.I. #1 ) to the Northern District of California, and specifically to Judge Donato, who is handling Maria Schneider et al. v. Google LLC and YouTube, LLC, Case No. 3:20- cv-04423-JD (N.D. Cal. filed July 2, 2020).
