ORAL ORDER re #14 Response to Order - Plaintiff has failed to "identify with specificity what portions" of Exhibits 20 and 30 it believes are properly maintained under seal. Instead, Plaintiff asks that the entire documents be maintained under seal, including a cover page, generic statements about taking into account "knowledge accrued" and apparently years old development times for Exhibit 20 and standard provisions (similar to those not proposed to be redacted from Exhibit 29). THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion is DENIED as to Exhibits 20 and 30 and GRANTED as to Exhibit 29.
