It is granted to the extent that the exhibits may be filed UNDER SEAL at this time, but to the extent that they are overly redacted, such redactions will be rejected. It is denied with respect to the 7.1 statement as the standard set forth in In Re Avandia Mktg., Sales Practices and Prods. Liab. Litig., 924 F.3d 662 (3d Cir. 2019) requiring a showing that disclosure of the material will work a clearly defined, serious injury to the parties has not been met. By 5:00 PM TODAY, Defendants may try to make the required showing.
