ORAL ORDER: The Joint Stipulation to stay the case (D.I. #6 ) is DENIED. The parties shall show cause within 10 days why the case should not be transferred to the Central District of California. Within 20 days (if the case remains in this Court), Plaintiff shall (1) submit an affidavit stating how many shares Plaintiff currently owns and when Plaintiff bought them, and (2) comply with the Court's standing order regarding Rule 7.1 disclosure statements.
