ORAL ORDER: Having reviewed the parties' letter requesting a discovery teleconference (D.I. 19), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, by no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, respondents shall file a letter, not to exceed five (5) pages, outlining why the Application and related subpoena, D.I. 1, should not be granted. Not later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2024, petitioners may file a letter, not to exceed three (3) pages, outlining that party's rebuttal.
