Upon review, it has been determined that the trust fund account statement submitted by Plaintiff on November 18, 2023 (D.I. #2 ), is deficient and does not reflect account balances for the "6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint," pursuant to the requirement of 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1) and (2). Therefore, it is hereby ordered that within 30 days from the date of this order, Plaintiff shall submit his trust fund account statement as set forth in paragraph 3.
