ORAL ORDER: Pursuant to Local Rule 7.1.2(b), once a motion has been served, the response shall be filed within 14 days. Petitioner filed their Motion to Compel Response to Subpoena Deuces Tecum ("Motion"), (D.I. 1), on October 9, 2023. As of the time of this Order, Respondent has not yet filed a response to Petitioner's Motion, which is past the time it was required to respond under the Local Rules. In light of this, the Court hereby ORDERS as follows: (1) Within 14 days of this Order, Respondent shall file a response to Petitioner's Motion.; (2) Within 30 days of filing its response, Respondent shall obtain Delaware Counsel as required under Local Rule 83.5.; and (3) Petitioner's counsel shall notify Respondent's counsel of this Order.
