ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that on or before February 26, 2024, Plaintiff shall retain counsel. On January 16, 2024, Samuel Fred filed this action on behalf of Plaintiff Sam's auto Wholesale, Inc. It is well settled that a corporation must be represented by counsel and cannot be represented by an individual action pro se on its behalf.
