Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Christopher J. Burke - Motion hearing held via videoconference on 3/13/2024. The Court heard the parties' arguments regarding Amgen, Inc.'s Application Pursuant to Section 1782 (the "Application"). (D.I. 2) For the reasons stated on the record, the Court GRANTED-IN-PART the Application, to the extent that it sought responsive documents in the physical possession of Sandoz Inc. (and with the exception of documents as to which their production would implicate the provisions of a protective order in another proceeding). It otherwise took the Application under advisement. The Court ORDERED a joint submission of no more than two single-spaced pages from the parties, and ORDERED the parties to advise the Court of when that joint submission could be expected. It also ORDERED Sandoz Inc. to re-submit its supporting declaration with exhibits highlighted in yellow and with the entirety of one exhibit included, by no later than March 15, 2024. (Clerk: M.
