ORAL ORDER: The stipulation (D.I. #28 ) is DENIED. Plaintiffs are directed to consider whether pursuant to Elfers v. Gonzalez, 2020 WL 7264272 (D.Del. Dec. 10, 2020), I shouldnt dismiss the only federal count in the complaint, and then decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims. Plaintiffs should also consider Elfers' venue holding. Plaintiffs should file a brief explaining why the case should not be dismissed by no later than January 29, 2025.
