Within thirty days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff La Mar Gunn shall either (1) complete and submit Form AO 239, or (2) pay in full the $405.00 filing fee. Within thirty days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff Clean Water Alliance shall either (1) obtain Delaware counsel and have counsel enter appearance on its behalf in this case, or (2) file a motion to withdraw from this case.
