IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the in-person Rule 16(b) Conference scheduled for July 31, 2025 at 10:00 AM is POSTPONED and converted into a teleconference to be held on October 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM. The parties are required to prepare for the teleconference by conferring on all matters under Rule 16 and D. Del. LR 16 and shall submit a joint proposed scheduling order to the Court no later than October 27, 2025.
