ORAL ORDER: Having reviewed the parties' proposed Scheduling Order and the Court's calendar, the Court advises that there are no available trial weeks in 2027. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Hearing on Claim Construction (paragraph 10 of the proposed Scheduling Order) in Civil Action No. 25-872 and Civil Action No. 25-873 is scheduled for April 8, 2027, at 2:00 p.m. The Pretrial Conference in Civil Action No. 25-872 (paragraph 20) is scheduled for November 21, 2028, at 3:00 p.m. The Pretrial Conference in Civil Action No. 25-873 (paragraph 21) is scheduled for January 30, 2029, at 3:00 p.m. The Trial (a five-day jury trial) in Civil Action No. 25-872 (paragraph 23) is scheduled to begin on November 27, 2028, at 9:30 a.m. The Trial (a five-day jury trial) in Civil Action No. 25-873 (paragraph 24) is scheduled to begin on February 5, 2029.
