ORAL ORDER - Petitioner originally filed a motion to compel in the Eastern District of Virginia, seeking Respondent Pentagon Federal Credit Union's compliance with certain subpoenas issued under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45. Respondent failed to respond before the motion was transferred to this District, and Respondent has failed to appear in this case in the six weeks it has been pending. It is unclear whether Respondent is aware of the transfer. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, on or before November 3, 2025, Petitioner shall serve Respondent with the September 12, 2025 Order to Transfer the Motion to Compel to the District of Delaware (D.I. #4 ).
