ORAL ORDER: WHEREAS Plaintiffs Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC and SIS Specialty Holdings, LLC (the Movants) have asked the Court to resolve a discovery dispute between the parties, it is HEREBY ORDERED that the Movants shall file a motion for a conference to resolve that dispute and in support of that motion shall file contemporaneously with it (1) a draft proposed order for the Court's signature that identifies with specificity the relief sought by Movants; (2) a letter in 14-point font of no more than 750 words outlining the issues in the dispute and the Movants' position on those issues; and (3) an averment of counsel that the parties made a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute and that such effort included oral communication that involved Delaware counsel for the parties. Within 48 hours of the filing of the motion, any party opposing the application for relief may file a letter in 14-point font of no more than 750 words outlining that party's reasons for its opposition. Two courtesy copies of the parties' respective filings made pursuant to this oral order must be provided to the Court within one hour of e-filing the filings. The Court will decide whether to schedule a discovery conference after reviewing the motion and letter-briefing. Ordered by Judge Colm F. Connolly on 8/4/2026. (mws)
