ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs HSS Development Group and Cyber Communications Group are terminated without prejudice from this action for failure to obtain counsel. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Jamil's application to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED based on Plaintiff's annual household income of $36,000 (D.I. #6 ).
