See 28 U.S.C. 1391(b). In this case, it appears that the alleged injuries in 2024 all occurred in Newark, Delaware related to properties in Delaware. Defendant is also a resident of Delaware. The City of Newark is in the District of Delaware. 28 U.S. 87. From the facts alleged in the complaint, it appears that the District of Delaware would be a more appropriate venue to bring this action. For the convenience of parties and witnesses, in the interest of justice, a district court may transfer any civil action to any other district or division where it might have been brought or to any district or division to which all parties have consented. 28 U.S.C. 2 1404. Accordingly, plaintiffs are directed to show cause within 30 days why this case should not be transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. All further proceedings are stayed for 30 days. If plaintiffs do not respond within 30 days, the action will be transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.Ordered by Judge Ramon E. Reyes, Jr on 6/4/2026.
