REPORTED OPINION: In this Phase II spent nuclear fuel case, plaintiffs are entitled to recover $29,370,717. The Clerk shall enter final judgment in favor of plaintiffs for that amount. Plaintiffs are also awarded costs of suit. In accord with the Restatement (Second) of Judgments § 26(1)(b) and (e) (1982), plaintiffs shall retain the right to bring subsequent actions on claims for damages incurred after June 30, 2012.
