The Clerk is directed to enter judg ment. In addition, plaintiff has thirty (30) days, pursuant to Rule 11(c)(3) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims, to show cause why the court should not issue an anti-filing injunction. If plaintiff does not do so, the Clerk will be further directed to accept no other actions or filings by Antonio Colbert, without an Order of the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
