Plaintiff's (unopposed) motion for a protective order (ECF 4); d. Plaintiff's notice of directly related case (ECF 5). Plaintiff's proposed redacted version of the complaint (ECF 3) is STRICKEN: The Clerk of Court is directed to STRIKE plaintiff's proposed redacted version of the complaint (ECF 3); and b. After consulting with defendant and defendant-intervenor, plaintiff shall FILE redacted versions of the complaint (ECF 1) and appended exhibits (ECF 1-2 to -7) on or before Friday, June 28, 2024. Plaintiff's (unopposed) motion for a protective order (ECF #4 ) is GRANTED: a. Defendant's request to amend paragraph 7 of the proposed protective order to include the customer agency is GRANTED; b.
