Yerk v. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals Featured Case

Plaintiff alleged that PETA violated a confidentiality agreement by revealing his name and/or other identifiable information to the Lee County Sheriff's Office in regards to Plaintiff's report concerning animal abuse committed by a fellow employee, a Lee County Sheriff's Deputy, towards his canine partner.
