Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Judgment on the Record 29 is DENIED. Defendant's Amended Motion for Final Judgment 30 is GRANTED in part. The Court grants Defendant's Motion to the extent that Defendant requests that the matter be remanded back to Defendant for a determination as to Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability Benefits. The Court remands this matter to Defendant for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS to determine Plaintiff's Short Term and Long Term Disability Benefits. The Clerk is directed to administratively CLOSE this action. Either party may reopen this action by filing a motion at the end of the ninety-day period. Signed by Judge Charlene E.
