ORDER granting 29 Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Stay Case Pending Arbitration. Reynold Berti, II and UBS Financial are directed to arbitrate this action and notify the Court when the arbitration is completed. This action is stayed pending ar bitration and the Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the arbitration award, if any.
