Filing 62 ORDER: Plaintiff Ave Maria University's Motion for Preliminary Injunction 52 is GRANTED. Defendants are enjoined from enforcing against Ave Maria University the substantive requirements set forth in 42 U.S.C. § 300gg-13(a)(4) and its im plementing guidance and regulations, and from assessing fines or taking other enforcement action against Ave Maria University for noncompliance. This preliminary injunction takes effect immediately, and shall remain in effect pending entry of final judgment in this matter or further order of this Court. This case is stayed pending resolution of the appeal in Eternal Word Television Network, Inc. v. Sec'y, U.S. Dep't of Health & Human Servs., et al., No. 14-12696-CC (11th Cir. filed July 28, 2014). The Clerk is directed to administratively CLOSE this case. The parties are directed to notify the Court of the final disposition of Eternal Word Television Network, Inc. v.
