Filing 59 ORDER: Plaintiff Ave Maria School of Law's Motion for Preliminary Injunction 57 is GRANTED. Defendants are enjoined from enforcing against Ave Maria School of Law the substantive requirements set forth in 42 U.S.C. § 300gg-13(a)(4) and its implementing guidance and regulations, and from assessing fines or taking other enforcement action against Ave Maria School of Law for noncompliance. This preliminary injunction takes effect immediately, and shall remain in effect pending entr y of final judgment in this matter or further order of this Court. This case is stayed pending resolution of the appeal in Eternal Word Television Network, Inc. v. Sec'y, U.S. Dep't of Health & Human Servs., et al., No. 14-12696-CC (11th C ir. filed July 28, 2014). The Clerk is directed to administratively CLOSE this case. The parties are directed to notify the Court of the final disposition of Eternal Word Television Network, Inc. v.
