ORDER adopting 26 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 25 Joint MOTION for Settlement to Review and Approve FLSA Settlement MOTION to Dismiss Action With Prejudice filed by Schear Construction, LLC. The Report and Recommendation 26 is hereby adopted and the findings incorporated herein The parties' Joint Motion to Review and Approve FLSA Settlement Agreement and Dismiss Action With Prejudice 25 is GRANTED, and the parties' Settlement Agreement and Limited FLSA Release [25-1] is approved as fair and reasonable.
