The Court awards Plaintiff Malibu Me dia, LLC $6,000.00 in statutory damages pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 504. In addition, the Court awards Plaintiff Malibu Media, LLC $1,182.00 in attorneys' fees and $475.00 in costs pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 505. 4. This action is DISMISSED with prejudice. 5.
