ORDER adopting 25 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 24 MOTION to Dismiss Case and Approve FLSA Settlement filed by Lowell T. Spillane, Bridgewater Inn of Matlacha, LLC, Diane Martini, Robert Martini. The Report and Recommendatio n 25 is ACCEPTED AND ADOPTED and the findings incorporated herein. The parties' Joint Motion of Request for Approval of Settlement 24 is GRANTED and the Settlement Agreement ([24-1] is approved as a fair and reasonable resolution of this FLSA dispute. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to enter judgment accordingly, dismiss the case with prejudice, terminate all deadlines and motions, and close the file.
