Filing 5 ORDER granting 2 Plaintiff, TFG Life Settlements, LLC's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and is effective as of 2:00 PM this fourth day of December 2015. Centurion is hereby enjoined and restrained, directly and indirectly, whether individually or in concert with others including any officer, agent, employee, and/or representative of Centurion Insurance Services Group, LLC or Centurion ISG (Europe) Limited from transferring or selling the Winemiller Policies to any othe r party besides TFG. The Bank of Utah is hereby enjoined and restrained, directly and indirectly, whether individually or in concert with others including any officer, agent, employee, and/or representative of Centurion Insurance Services Group, LLC or Centurion ISG (Europe) Limited from releasing funds for the sale of the Winemiller Policies as described above to Centurion or any third party to complete the sale of the Winemiller Policies to anyone other than TFG. The Winemiller Policies are no t subject to any liens or encumbrances for the duration of this TRO. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(b), this Order shall remain in full force and effect until 2:00 PM, December 21, 2015, at which time it shall expire by its terms unless extended by t his Court upon good cause shown, by consent of the parties, or by entry of a subsequent preliminary injunction by this Court pending a hearing on the preliminary injunction. A hearing concerning the request for a preliminary injunction will be set for December 16, 2015 at 9:30 AM. The Clerk is directed to issue a notice of hearing accordingly.
