The previous Judgment 52 is VACATED. The Clerk is directed to make a notation on the docket that the Judgment 52 is vacated and re-open this case for the sole purpose of entering an Amended Judgment. The Clerk is further directed to enter an Amended Judgment dismissing this case with prejudice, attaching this Order of Exoneration to the Amended Judgment.
