Petitioner David Thompson, for himself and as owner of a 1994 Sea Ray Express, HIN# SERP2089G394, her engines, tackle, and appurtenance s, etc., is not liable to any extent, but is exonerated rom any responsibility, loss, damage, or injury, for any and all claims in any way arising out of the incident described in the Verified Petition for Exoneration from or Limitation of Liability. The previous Judgment 52 is VACATED. The Clerk is directed to make a notation on the docket that the Judgment 52 is vacated and re-open this case for the sole purpose of entering an Amended Judgment. The Clerk is further directed to enter an Amended Judgment dismissing this case with prejudice, attaching this Order of Exoneration to the Amended Judgment.
