ORDER granting 24 Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment. The Clerk shall enter default judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendants as to Counts I, II, and V for unpaid wages in the amount of $4,048.35, plus $8,848.35 in liquidated and treble damages. Attorney's fees are awarded in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $4,920, and statutory costs in the amount of $400. Counts III and IV are dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute.
