ENDORSED ORDER. This matter comes before the Court on sua sponte review of the file. Plaintiff filed a return of service for Defendants Steven Pope and Tax & Financial Strategist, LLC on March 6, 2019, (Doc. #8 ), but Defendants have neither filed an answer nor defended against this action to date. Defendants' failure to respond to the Complaint, however, has not prompted Plaintiff to move for clerk's default. Plaintiff thus has evidenced a lack of interest in prosecuting the case against Defendants. See M.D. Fla. R. 3.10(a). Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE, in writing, on or before April 15, 2019, why this case as against Defendants should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
