Defendants have not filed answers or defended against this action, and the time to do so has expired. But Defendants' failure to respond to the Complaint has not prompted Plaintiff to move for clerk's default. Plaintiff thus has shown a lack of interest in prosecuting this case. See Local Rule 3.10. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to show cause, in writing, on or before October 28, 2019, why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
