The Court previously granted Plaintiff leave to proceed in forma pauperis and assessed a partial filing fee of $23.60. (Doc. #5). A check for $24.00 accompanied the second motion to proceed in forma pauperis, and the Clerk returned it as an overpayment. Because Plaintiff has already received the relief requested and has the means to pay the partial filing fee, the Court need not issue a further order. The $23.60 partial filing fee remains owed.
