Accordingly, it is ORDERED this case is DISMISSED without prejudice subject to the right of a party to move to reopen the case for entry of a stipulated final order or a judgment or for further proceedings on or before January 16, 2021. See M.D. Fla. R. 3.08(b). After that deadline passes, the dismissal will be with prejudice without further order.
