TEXT ORDER. The parties have filed a Stipulated Notice of Resolution and Request for a Final Order of Dismissal with Prejudice. #7 The notice is self-executing. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Anago Franchising, Inc. v. Shaz, LLC, 677 F.3d 1272, 1278 (11th Cir. 2012). In the notice, the parties state that "[t]he Court retains jurisdiction... to enforce[] the settlement agreement." (Doc. 7 at 1.) But the Court's retention of jurisdiction to enforce a settlement agreement is not automatic and the Court declines to do so here. See Anago Franchising, Inc., 677 F.3d at 1279-81.
