While Plaintiff's Verified Complaint states that La Sonata Enterprises, LLC failed to make the payments due under a secured mortgage and Plaintiff continues to accrue expenses as a result of providing storage for the Defendant Vessel, (see Doc. #1 at 2-3), the Verified Complaint fails to allege the exact amount of debt and damages sought. See M.D. Fla. Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual 5(a) ("Every complaint in a Supplemental Rule B or C action must state the amount of the debt, damages, or salvage. The complaint must also specify the amount of any unliquidated claims, including attorney's fees.").
