ENDORSED ORDER. Before the Court is Plaintiff's Status Report. (Doc. #9). The Court has entered a Judgment of Permanent Injunction and Other Relief as to Defendant Daniel Moser. (Doc. #6). The only relief not resolved by the Judgment is whether the Court will order a civil penalty against Defendant, which will depend on the resolution of a related criminal case. Plaintiff thus advises that neither it nor Defendant objects to the Court staying this action until the criminal case resolves. The Court agrees. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this action is STAYED until the conclusion of all proceedings in United States v. Moser, No. 1:22-cr-523 (S.D.N.Y.). The Clerk is DIRECTED to add a stay flag to the docket. The parties are DIRECTED to file a status report on or before January 18, 2023, and every ninety days after.
