ENDORSED ORDER correcting Doc. 9. The Court denied without prejudice Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. #7) for failure to comply with multiple subsections of Local Rule 3.01. But Defendants did seek permission from the Court to file a motion not to exceed 40 pages (Doc. #5), which was granted (Doc. 6). So their only failure was not including a compliant Local Rule 3.01(g) Certification. The Court cannot overstate the importance of Local Rule 3.01(g) in helping avoid needless litigation, fostering communication between the parties, and helping to resolve disputes without court intervention.
