ENDORSED ORDER granting #7 Defendants Tyco Fire Products LP and Chemguard, Inc.'s Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to the Complaint. The Court understands that Defendants have identified this case to the JPML as a potential tag-along action and request time to respond until a decision on transfer is made. Given the parties' agreement, and otherwise finding good cause, the extension will be granted. If the JPML transfers this case to the MDL, then the deadline to respond to the Complaint would be set by the rules/procedures in the MDL. If the JPML denies transfer, then Defendants would have until the 28th day following the JPML's denial to respond to the Complaint. Given the length of time that could be involved, the Court will stay the case until a transfer decision is made. Defendants are directed to notify the Court when that decision has been made.
