If the opposing party is unavailable before filing, the movant is to continue these efforts for three days and promptly update the Court on the results. Defendant Scottsdale Insurance Company recently filed a motion to compel appraisal which indicated unavailability, but has not updated the Court after three days as required. (Doc. 8.) By 6/9/2023, Defendant must show cause why it failed to comply with this rule. Defendant can alternatively satisfy this show cause order by filing the required supplement by the same date.
