Defendant's response shall be no longer than 20 pages inclusive of all parts. Plaintiff may file a reply no later than October 26, 2023. Plaintiff's reply should include specific argument regarding this Court's jurisdiction. Plaintiff's reply shall be no longer than 15 pages inclusive of all parts.
