TEXT ORDER striking the attachments to Defendant's Notice of Removal (Doc. #1) and Plaintiff's Notices of Service of Proposal for Settlement (Doc. 4; Doc. 5). Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2 protects minors by requiring the use of a minor's initials in all public documents. Similarly, Rule 5.2 excludes the inclusion of an individual's social-security number, taxpayer-identification number, birth date, or financial-account numbers on the public docket. Upon review, the attachments to Defendant's Notice of Removal and the Notices of Service of Proposal for Settlement fail to comply with Rule 5.2 as they are replete with the confidential details of minor C.S.'s full name. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to REMOVE the attachments to Defendant's Notice of Removal (Doc. #1), and the Notices of Service of Proposal for Settlement (Doc. 4; Doc. 5) from the docket due to the inclusion of personal identifying information of a minor and STRIKE those entries.
