The judge must transfer the action to the division most consistent with the purpose of this rule." M.D. Fla. R. 1.04(b). Given that the property at issue is located in North Port, Florida (see Doc. #1), which is in Sarasota County, the Court finds that a transfer to the Tampa Division would be most consistent with the purpose of the Local Rules.
