TEXT ORDER overruling #10 Plaintiff's Objection to Magistrate's Order Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 72. The Court clarifies, however, that the extension granted by the Court's previous order (Doc. 9) was primarily effected to allow Marie Vogel to retain counsel to represent the interests of the Estate of Anthony Basso. The Court agrees that Ms. Vogel likely cannot proceed in this action as a pro se. See Franklin v. Garden State Life Ins., 462 F. App'x 928, 930 (11th Cir. 2012) ("The right to appear pro se... does not apply to persons representing the interests of others....
