TEXT ORDER. The Court has undertaken a sua sponte review of this matter. Plaintiffs in this matter previously named the undersigned as a defendant in another action. See Saito v. Lewis, et al., 2:23-cv-266, Doc. 43. Given the unique circumstances presented, the undersigned hereby recuses from this case. See 28 U.S.C. 455(a) ("Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned."). Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to reassign this matter to the next available District Judge who is not the undersigned or U.S. District Judge Sheri Polster Chappell.
