Plaintiff's amended complaint is dismissed without prejudice as a shotgun pleading and for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted. 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). 2. If he wishes to proceed with this action, Plaintiff must file a second amended complaint within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS from the date on this Order. If Plaintiff does not timely comply, the Court will direct the Clerk to close this action without further notice. 3.
