January 21, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 19 TEXT ORDER directing compliance. A review of the file reveals that plaintiff (and her counsel) have failed to comply with the court's local rules and orders. The Hurricane Scheduling Order calls for the parties to file a joint certification of familiarity with local rules and orders (Doc. #7 at 17), but plaintiff failed to comply. In addition, the plaintiff failed to file the correct Local Rule 3.03 disclosure statement with her initial appearance, so the court entered an order compelling her to do so and even provided a direct link to the proper form. (Doc. 15). Nevertheless, plaintiff did not comply. Finally, plaintiff counsel appears to have violated Local Rule 2.01(b)(2)(B), by not maintaining his current contact information in CM/ECF. By February 4, 2025, the parties must file a joint certification of familiarity, plaintiff must file the proper disclosure form, and plaintiff counsel must update his contact information in CM/ECF, or plaintiff must show cause why she should not be sanctioned for noncompliance. Signed by Magistrate Judge Nicholas P. Mizell on 1/21/2025. (TLP)

January 3, 2025 Opinion or Order Filing 15 TEXT ORDER. Local Rule 3.03 requires that each party file a disclosure statement using the standard form from the clerk or the court's website. However, in filing her disclosure, plaintiff used an outdated form. As such, the paper is deemed stricken, and the clerk is directed to delete the PDF file (Doc. #14) from the CM/ECF docket. By January 17, 2025, plaintiff must refile her disclosure statement using the proper form, which can be found at: https://www.flmd.uscourts.gov/form/disclosure-statement.
